Enchanting dragonfly heralds a vibrant Fire Opal in a Vintage style setting of floral framework. The focal stone is stunning and is the same type of stone used during Victorian times. In those days it's wearers and collectors were mesmerized by the fire flames that appear to spark and move beneath the surface. Named from the beautiful, shimmering flecks of blue which make this glass opal look like it's "on fire". These are one of a kind pieces as every opal is unique. These stones are made in present day, but date back to Victorian times where they were worn in necklaces, brooches and earrings.

Necklace is done on a sterling silver plated chain with our signature forged adjustable loops and hook for simple closure. Metal is a sterling silver finish.

Earrings are smaller Dragon's Breath stones in same intricate, floral setting as necklace, but in a smaller 8x10mm version. They are also dropped by lovely, detailed dragonflies and hang from simple, yet elegant hand forged loops. Our earring hooks are forged in our workshop individually by hand and hammered for strength. Wire is sterling silver over copper in a non-tarnish finish.
