Charming Dragonflies wrap around one of a kind opals are 8X10mm. Set in elaborate, Victorian embellished settings with stunning floral detail. I now connect the top of the dragonfly to the bail in addition to forging the dragonfly around the setting for additional security. The look and beauty of Medieval history. These settings are professionally done and heirloom quality. Fire Opals seemed to spark and flame beneath the surface with ever changing fire. Ear wires are hand forged from non-tarnish antiqued gold over copper. They are flexible and comfortable. All items are quality hand crafted in our workshop. I have designed these fire opals to wear on their own or as another option to pair with our very popular Dragonfly Wrapped Fire Opal, Curved tail Dragonfly, and Dragonfly Dropped Necklaces.

Our Fire Opal designs are some of our best sellers. Our customers love the special stones which date back to Victorian times. Named from the beautiful, shimmering flecks of blue which make this glass opal look like it's "on fire". These are one of a kind pieces as every opal is unique. These stones are made in present day, but date back to Victorian times where they were worn in necklaces, brooches and earrings.

You may purchase these earrings or matching necklace separately or save when buying as a full set. Please note, the dragonfly will not be askew in the necklace as I now attach it to the bail in addition to forging the wings around the setting. It will be straight like the earrings. Length of necklace is about 19" and is finished off with our hand forged loops and hook done in our workshop. You may request a lobster clasp in note to seller if preferred upon check-out.
