Dragon Ring and earrings flicker their flames of fire beautifully from settings of antiqued gold. Ring features fiery flashes captured within these one of a kind red stones. I have prong set them, then added them to antiqued golden lace edged settings.

For the ring, setting is 9mm size on a sturdy antiqued gold filigree that is adjustable. We only use the sturdiest filigree ring bands on the market and the ring is Solder Set. The result is a gorgeous, durable ring.

These Fire Opals have been used in jewelry since Victorian times. They continue to be made present day by master craftsmen that have passed this art form down generationally in Europe. In Victorian times they were worn in necklaces, brooches and earrings. Historical figures were also mesmerized by the nature of the seeming "fire flecks" shimmering within these unique stones. These make very eye-catching pieces.
