This is a large Dragon's Breath Opal. Named from the beautiful, shimmering flecks of blue which make this glass opal look like it's "on fire". This is a one-of-a-kind piece as every opal is unique. the antiqued gold finish framing highlights this beautiful glass opal. The measurement of the entire opal with rings is 3 1/2 cm or 1 1/2 in. in diameter.

Done on an antiqued gold finish chain with hand forged clasp and adjustable length loops. All hand forging done with golden copper wire. I have finished this piece with our signature wire-wrapped adjustable loops hand forged in antiqued gold over copper. Hook is also hand forged. This type of closure is secure containing no mechanisms to give out. It also makes putting the necklace on and taking it off simple, quick and adjustable length. The length of this necklace from bottom of pendant when clasped on first loop is appx. 18" with an additional inch of adjustable length for just the right fit. A very elegant, yet simple piece.
