For my latest piece, I have created a necklace from a timepiece that has been well preserved since the 1960's.

The watch is powered by a Swiss made wind up Mechanical Movement.
It winds and sets smoothly via the crown.
All in excellent vintage shape as there is some wear at the very bottom of the watch dial.
It is fully serviced and cleaned to provide many years of accurate and dependable service.
Will never need a battery.

I source these pieces very carefully and from reputable antique dealers.

You will find hanging from this lovely vintage timepiece an intricate hand forged bail from 14k gold filled wire. From it hang Gemstone dangles carefully wire-wrapped to bring subtle hues of nature that will blend well with a mirage of styles from dressy to casual.

In my workshop I torch balled headpins for the finial of each stone.
Apatite which I tried to photograph the color play and lightening flash of blue.
Pale Pink Pearl for that touch of class perfect for weddings or any special occasion to say I love you.
And finally a Herkimer Diamond in which I gave a deeper patina when torch firing the golden pin, then hammered for a unique drop deserving of such a specially formed crystal.

These double-terminated quartz crystals are so named due to their clarity and natural faceting.
possess double termination points and 18 total faces (six on each point, six around the center).
Herkimer diamonds became widely recognized after workmen discovered them in large quantities while cutting into the Mohawk River Valley dolomite in the late 18th century.

I have hand forged my signature wrapped loops done in a small oval style, then hammered so they are large enough for simple, secure closure. These are done in 14k gold filled wire.

Closure includes a 14k gold filled Lobster Clasp that is securely wire-wrapped with 14k gold filled wire for optimum security.
