This is a rustic looking pendant with many custom options.
I start with copper sheet metal and cut-out the shape of a guitar pic. Then I tumble them in stainless steel shot to smooth out any rough edges and polish the copper. After 12 hours of tumbling, I torch fire the pendants and when I achieve the right arrangement of the copper molecules I quickly quench the pic. Finally, it is ready to engrave.

I do them plain, with a cross, treble clef, or heart. I showed various designs in the photos. Each pendant is unique, so yours will be similar to photos shown. These are thick enough, so some customers like a symbol on the back also. The pic in the last two photos has a vertical rainbow on front and an engraved cross on back making it reversible so you get two looks in one. Each patina and color combination turns out unique to that piece so it is Ooak.

The last two photos show a customer's custom order. She requested them plain. The first photo is the front and the second is the reversible side. You can see all the unique color combinations achieved by the torch. It takes a combination of firings to achieve the various patterns and colors.

Done with either a thick leather cord, or leather suede. A simple large copper jump is the bail. The two loops and hook are handforged from copper that is antiqued. This necklace is reversible.
