Bar or Retreat sign for a special place in your home or business. Custom Copper Sign with hand embossed phrase. You may choose your own custom phrase up to 22 long characters and a symbol of your choosing. This is an extra long sign at least double the length of our original copper signs. Dimensions are about 23" long and 7 1/2 " wide. Choice of stain: Natural, Medium Oak or Dark. We also have antiqued white, aqua blue, navy blue and gray. Have significant date or coordinates stamped on for special occasions like Father's Day, anniversary, wedding, as house warming gift or opening of special space like a bar or retreat, even Children's births at no added cost! This listing includes a symbol of your choosing from a sketch or photo you email us. This client wanted a martini glass with shaker. Another client chose a shamrock. I start with copper sheet metal and hand emboss the last name. Next, I torch fire a patina onto the copper. This is like painting with a torch. I can achieve an array of colors ranging from vibrant, to more subdued hues. Each piece turns out unique and one of a kind. The large embossed letters are hand sanded to show bits and pieces of the shiny metal underneath. This gives the piece great character while contrasting with the aged look of the patina. If you wish for any dates or names below your phrase I hand stamp your wedding or anniversary date along with the individual names. This can be done for a couple or family. The copper art is then placed on a finished wood piece and set with finishing nails. You get to choose the finish you would like with the original bark on the top and bottom.

This particular-size is our largest upgrade. The hammered edge is an extra feature which may be added on in choices. The final photo shows one of our signs that is about half the length of the large with a hammered edge so you can see the texture.

This is for up to 17 letters. Please contact us if your name or phrase is longer for a reserved custom listing so we can work on lay out and the labor to accompany more letters.

Each sign comes with saw tooth brackets for easy hanging. These also look great in a picture easel. We have don at no additional cost wire or twine.
