You will find a miniature Crystal Quartz Ball inside each of these medieval encased settings.
I have forged each of these from antiqued sterling silver that is very detailed and ornate.
I have carefully inlaid each tiny crystal ball so it peeks out through the tear drop opening and can be seen from both the front and back.
This way you can view the Crystal ball and verify it is genuine as the image projected is upside down in genuine crystal quartz.

Known as Pools of Light in Medieval and Victorian time periods as they are undrilled and give off captivating light.

This title was reserved only for genuine quartz crystal balls.

I have created this nesting place for the tiny quartz crystal by using all cold connections. None of the points or soldered, but rather held together by strategically placed jump rings secured and the exact angle of forging to keep your miniature crystal ball in place.

Crystal quartz was once believed to be an eternal ice sent by the heavenly gods. Until the late 1500s, many scholars thought this stone was fossilized ice. Quartz crystal is actually a mineral, one of the most abundant minerals in the Earth's continental crust, composed of silicon and oxygen.
People in the earliest recorded times believed in the magical powers of quartz.
The Ancient Japanese believed quartz formed from the breath of a white dragon, and regarded it as representing perfection. Quartz has been used throughout history in rain rituals, crystal skulls and spheres for crystal balls to predict the future since the middle ages.

Quartz crystal is a power stone that's prized as a healing stone. It is known as the most powerful healing stone of the mineral kingdom, able to work on any condition. It has been called the "Universal Crystal" because of its many uses and is beneficial for manifesting, healing, meditation and protection.

Due to its ability to balance, quartz is excellent for harmonizing and stabilizing one's environment and is helpful in romantic relationships. It is said to amplify healing energy and is particularly effective for chronic fatigue, arthritis, bone injuries, depression, diabetes, fibromyalgia and intestinal troubles. It is also believed to improve mental and physical energy, stamina and physical strength.

You have the choice of a lovely necklace in which I have hand forged a solid sterling silver bail.
Pendant is about 1 and 1/4 inches from top of bail to bottom of caged pendant.
Chain before adjustable portion is about 13 1/4 inches when hooked at closure. You have and adjustable chain length of almost 3 more inches for total length of 16 inches of chain and total length of entire necklace including pendant at over 19" from bottom to last closure on chain.

I create this with solid sterling silver chain with solid sterling silver hand forged loops for adjustability and solid sterling silver lobster clasp.

Your necklace will include a Swarovski Crystal bicone I have placed on one of my torch balled pins and wire-wrapped as a lovely finial to your exquisite jewelry piece.

Please note, the photos taken in direct sunlight make the metal of the caged settings look much darker, but I needed you to see the crystal balls in the sunlight. The silver will be the antiqued sterling finish you see on the model and in the other photos where it was natural sunlight, but not with light directly on metal as it was in the other photos.

Earrings are done in hand forged hooks done by me in my workshop with solid  sterling silver wire I hand forge in my workshop.
