These are battery operated. Battery may be changed out easily without taking to a jeweler by removing the back to replace with a small cell battery. You can change it yourself!

Knob pulls out to change the hands for correct time. The knob must be pushed back in for the clock to continue keeping time. The first and second hand feature a victorian style and the minute hand is also charming!
